1. Introduction

Welcome to Deen n' Dunya ("Service," "App," "Website," "Platform").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

  • The Deen n' Dunya mobile app
  • The Deen n' Dunya website
  • Any mini-apps, features, or services integrated within the platform
  • All digital goods, including tokens, tracks, and micro-challenges

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Create an account using accurate information
  • Follow all rules and requirements outlined in these Terms

3. Accounts & User Responsibilities

When you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate, truthful information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You agree not to share your account with others
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the token system
  • Attempt to manipulate streaks or tasks
  • Misuse the platform in any harmful way

4. Platform Overview

The Deen n' Dunya platform includes:

A. Mobile App

Daily tasks, tracks, streaks, tokens, challenges, analytics, notifications.

B. Website

Landing pages, content, documentation, legal information, deep link redirects.

C. Mini-App Ecosystem

Third-party or partner-built experiences embedded within the platform, including:

  • HTML/JS mini-apps hosted in the app
  • Partner challenges or micro-tools
  • Educational, Islamic, or personal development content

All usage falls under this unified Terms of Service.

5. Mini-App Disclosure

Mini-apps integrated into the Deen n' Dunya platform may:

  • Access limited user data (only what is needed)
  • Be built by third-party developers
  • Operate under Deen n' Dunya's developer policies
  • Be removed or suspended at any time

Users understand that:

  • Mini-apps are governed by the platform rules
  • MK Builds LLC is not liable for errors inside third-party mini-apps
  • Data shared with mini-apps follows our Privacy Policies

6. Digital Goods (Tokens, Tracks, Challenges)

The Service may offer:

  • Forgiveness tokens
  • Track-based content
  • Mini challenges
  • Power-ups or boosts
  • Future premium features or subscriptions

A. No Cash Value

Tokens and digital goods:

  • Have no monetary value
  • Cannot be refunded
  • Cannot be transferred or sold
  • Cannot be exchanged for real currency

B. Token Usage

Tokens may be used for:

  • Streak protection
  • Missed task forgiveness
  • Unlocking challenge content (future)
  • Mini-app features (future)

All uses are final.

7. Purchases, Billing & Refunds

Payments are processed by:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

Therefore:

  • Refunds must be requested directly through Apple/Google
  • MK Builds cannot issue refunds directly
  • Purchases are subject to the App Store or Google Play billing terms
  • Fraudulent purchases may lead to account suspension

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, or harmful behavior
  • Attempt to hack, circumvent, or disrupt the Service
  • Misuse tokens or manipulate the streak system
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property is owned by:

A. Deen n' Dunya Organization

  • Brand, mission, content, tracks, challenges
  • Logos, names, themes, and user-facing assets
  • Educational material and learning pathways

B. MK Builds LLC

  • Source code
  • Platform infrastructure
  • Mini-app hosting system
  • Backend integrations
  • Technical implementations
  • Software architecture

C. Mini-App Developers

  • Own their code
  • License usage to Deen n' Dunya
  • Must follow developer policies

10. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Attempt fraud, manipulation, or abuse
  • Misuse the app or data
  • Participate in misconduct in mini-apps

Users may delete their account at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operations
  • That streaks or data will always sync
  • That third-party mini-apps will work without issues
  • That all tasks or content will remain unchanged

Use the platform at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MK Builds LLC and Deen n' Dunya are not liable for
    • loss of data
    • service interruptions
    • third-party mini-app errors
    • financial losses
    • indirect or incidental damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • The laws of the United States
  • The laws of the State of Virginia

Any disputes will be resolved under these jurisdictions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
